All of our products (Excluding Grillz and Custom Jewelry - See Below) are unconditionally guaranteed!
- Exchanges: Defective items may be exchanged free of charge (buyer is responsible for shipping the item back)
- Refunds: If you are unhappy with an item it may be returned less Shipping & Handling charge. Buyer must submit a return request inside our Returns Center and return original item within 30 days of delivery for refund or exchange, and in the same condition as it arrived.
Custom / Personalized items are NON RETURNABLE.
Can I return / exchange items if I change my mind?

Do you offer refunds?
Yes we offer refunds.
Simply visit our Return Center and request the refund via the method of your choice, refund via original payment method, or store credit.
Can I return a sale item?
Depending on the specific sale item, and the terms and conditions around that promotion, you may not be able to return a sale item.
